We are looking for an individual who is looking to pursue an exciting opportunity within our Service Delivery team.The successful applicant will be required to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role will involve split shifts to cover the AM and PM peak however, the exact working hours for the role will be discussed further during the recruitment process.The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires you to assist in the daily running and completion of operational tasks as required. The Role

  • Assisting in the maintenance of our staff rostering and wage records

  • Being the primary contact for drivers regarding all related enquiries inclusive of 2-way interactions
  • Managing the Operations leave register
  • Monitoring driver licence, DA, WWC checks to ensure compliance
  • Overseeing and actioning driver occurrence book
  • Conducting drug and alcohol testing as required
  • Monitoring fitness for work
  • Investigating and assisting the management team with the following:
    • Lost property enquiries
    • Accident Reports
    • Busways Occurrence reports
    • Inspector reports
    • CCTV requests and viewing sheets
    • Maintaining Charter booking records
  • Providing ongoing and adhoc support to depot management to ensure the smooth running of the depot on a daily basis

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time with a proven ability to effectively prioritise your workload
  • Flexible and adaptable in their approach to the working hours required per week where overtime may be required
  • Confident in working autonomously or within a team environment
  • Capable of displaying a mature and professional approach with internal staff and external parties
  • Able to embody Busways Core Values and behaviours daily

The Successful Applicant will possess:
