We are looking for an individual who is looking to pursue an exciting opportunity within our Service Delivery team.The successful applicant will be required to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role will involve split shifts to cover the AM and PM peak however, the exact working hours for the role will be discussed further during the recruitment process.The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires you to assist in the daily running and completion of operational tasks as required. These may include but not be limited to;General reception and front counter administrative dutiesCarrying out depot reconciliation, petty cash and banking related tasks as requiredAssisting in the maintenance of our staff rostering and wage recordsGenerating, processing, analysing, actioning and filing of reportsBeing the primary contact for drivers regarding all related enquiries inclusive of 2-way interactionsManaging the Operations leave registerMonitoring driver licence, DA, WWC checks to ensure complianceOverseeing and actioning driver occurrence bookConducting drug and alcohol testing as requiredMonitoring fitness for workInvestigating and assisting the management team with the following:Lost property enquiriesAccident ReportsBusways Occurrence reportsInspector reportsCCTV requests and viewing sheetsMaintaining Charter booking recordsProviding ongoing and adhoc support to depot management to ensure the smooth running of the depot on a daily basisWe are looking for someone who is:Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time with a proven ability to effectively prioritise your workloadFlexible and adaptable in their approach to the working hours required per week where overtime may be requiredConfident in working autonomously or within a team environmentCapable of displaying a mature and professional approach with internal staff and external partiesAble to embody Busways Core Values and behaviours dailyThe Successful Applicant will possess:Effective communication skills in both written and verbal formsDemonstrate a strong attention to detailKnowledge of the local area and surrounding suburbsThe ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time with a proven ability to be able to effectively prioritise your workloadA mature and professional approach in dealing with both internal and external stakeholdersAn intermediate level of computer skills but be savvy enough to learn new skills in a fast-paced environmentThe successful applicant will also be provided with all the necessary on the job training required to fulfill the role.Desirable Criteria:1-2 years maximum experience in a similar role or related fieldApply nowIf you believe this is the perfect role for you, please apply by submitting a resume and a cover letter that specifically addresses your skills and experience in relation to the role, duties and required skill-set.
