We always aim to attract people that continuously look to improve themselves and the team.  We currently have a part-time vacancy for a dynamic and motivated Staff Supervisor to join our team in our Heatherbrae depot. This is an exciting opportunity to join both a growing department and a growing company. You will be given the opportunity to grow, develop and to take on more responsibilities. You will be working in a fast paced and energetic environment that will encourage you to be a conceptual and creative thinker within the team. Role Responsibilities: This role will report directly to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for supporting day to the day operations of the depot in conjunction with the Depot Manager. The main duties of the role include but are not limited to: Be the main point of contact for all non-dispatch issues within the depot. Assist in the day-to-day management of service delivery functions within the depot. Ensure licence compliance in Hive (Rostering system) and follow up with staff as required. Investigate and assist the Depot Manger to properly manage occurrence reports, inspector reports, accidents and customer feedback, student misbehaviour, CCTV download and viewing Assist the Depot Manager in responding to Major Incidents Assist with Charters and Special events within the depot as required. Manage and issue school student travel passes. Conduct drug & alcohol testing within the depot as required. Develop positive and collaborative relationships with the assets team within the depot. Banking – Count drivers’ daily takings and record for banking  Answering two-way communication and phone calls  The successful applicant will possess: Demonstrated Operations knowledge or understanding including service delivery, rostering, incident management, performance management, employee relations, complaint handling, work, health and safety, inclusion, and diversity. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines. A keen eye for detail, meticulous with paperwork and the ability to maintain focus under pressure. Willingness to adapt in a changing environment. Current Drivers Licence (HR class preferred or willing to upgrade) Apply now! If you believe this is the perfect role for you, please apply by submitting a resume and a cover letter that specifically addresses your skills and experience in relation to the role, duties and required skill set.
