The OpportunityWe currently have a full-time role for a Service Variation Assistant in our Scheduling Department at our support office based in Pymble. The JobReporting to the Service Variation Manager, we are looking for an individual to efficiently manage their workload whilst assisting the team in compiling relative data.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;Consult with key stakeholders to determine scheduling decisions that will positively contribute to the transport network and communities we serve.Investigate scheduling issues derived from internal and external stakeholders to determine high quality outcomes and provide informed responses to customer enquiries.Analyse service performance data from metropolitan, outer metropolitan, and rural and regional bus services to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness and customer outcomes.Support the design of integrated bus networks that optimise existing resources and identifies new opportunities.
