More About the Role: The Property Analyst will be responsible for supporting the property Acquisition and Leasing Manager by providing insights and analysis on market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities. The property Analyst will be responsible for the following activities: Conduct market research to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks. Analyse property performance data, including rental yields, vacancy rates, and ROI. Assist in evaluating potential property acquisitions by performing financial modelling, forecasting, and comparative market analysis. Monitor and report on the financial performance of the company’s property portfolio. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders. Stay informed of changes in property laws, zoning regulations, and market conditions. Collaborate with the Lease Administration and property management teams to improve property performance and profitability. Provide support in budgeting, planning, and forecasting for property-related expenses. Provide support in maintaining property database records for property performance metrics. What We’re Looking for in the Successful Candidate: Excellent computer literacy skills including in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Visio) Excellent communications skills, Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly and concisely. Ability to plan, prioritise and balance multiple tasks / workloads while still meeting deadlines. Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling and data analysis Able to work collaboratively with other team members and foster relationships with other parts of the business. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes. Knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation techniques. Hold a current Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence issued by the relevant Stateâ¯â¯ Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted working rights in Australia Highly Regarded: Studying a bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Experience in real estate, property management, or financial analysis would be highly regarded.
