This includes, but not limited to:   Taking a hands-on approach to handling all daily operations of a bus depot such as employee dispatch, payroll, rostering etc.   Maintaining effective recruitment & selection to ensure a full complement of drivers and administration staff.   Leading the implementation of company-wide systems and processes.  Ensuring compliance with internal and contractual performance standards and meeting KPI’s.   Auditing and ensuring that all Service Delivery related reports are being properly investigated and actioned.   Coaching team members and developing their performance, offering feedback, and demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic within your team.   Providing after hours support to key personnel and emergency services.   Managing relationships and communication with external stakeholders such as schools, local authorities, and key community groups.   Ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety legislation   Quality Assurance standards are maintained.   About you:  The successful candidate will need to possess the following:   Demonstrated experience in leadership with a focus on employee engagement and motivation (desirable)   Strong writing and document management skills   Strong communication and interpersonal skills   Strong ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.   A sound understanding of WHS regulations and practices.   A positive attitude and willingness to learn.   Experience in the transport service industry or a similar related field (desirable)   A high level of knowledge of the Heatherbrae area   Intermediate, practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite   NSW drivers’ licence   Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship   Apply now:  If you believe this is the perfect role for you, please apply by submitting a detailed cover letter that specifically addresses your skills and experience in relation to the role, duties, and essential criteria.
