Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a key role to support our Service Delivery team in achieving our vision of being Australia's leading public transport company.The role responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: Taking a hands-on approach to handling all daily operations of a bus depot such as employee dispatch, payroll, rostering etc. Maintaining effective recruitment & selection to ensure a full complement of drivers and administration staff. Leading the implementation of company-wide systems and processes. Ensuring compliance with internal and contractual performance standards and meeting KPI’s. Auditing and ensuring that all Service Delivery related reports are being properly investigated and actioned. Coaching team members and developing their performance, offering feedback, and demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic within your team. Providing after hours support to key personnel and emergency services. Managing relationships and communication with external stakeholders such as schools, local authorities, and key community groups. Ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety legislation Quality Assurance standards are maintained. About Us: At Busways, our core focus is on quality customer service, stakeholder engagement and employee development.  For over 80 years, we’ve delivered a professional, reliable standard of service.
