Your main duties will include:Requisition, purchase, receive, check GRN delivery documents and Invoices, locate, issue and dispatch parts and equipment to external suppliers, depot staff and other depots.Maintain inventory systems and stock levels, and undertake stock checks, stock take and cycle counting functions as required.  Maintain an accurate record of all transactions by applying the Greentree system – and maintaining written evidence or records to support activity. Monitor and Issue bulk lubricants and parts to ensure supply will meet demandMonitor fuel usage and order as required by performing readings of fuel stored and used. Work as part of a team to ensure the internal and external customer needs are meet. Train other staff in basic stores when required.Apply relevant Busways policies and procedures including those related to WHS, environment, dangerous goods and regulatory procedures Maintain a safe store where parts are easily identified and are accessible, in compliance with established legislation, polices and procedures.
