Staff Supervisor (Coffs Harbour) - Full Time â¯

Busways are seeking a proactive Staff Supervisor to join our Coffs Harbour depot, supporting daily operations and ensuring safe, reliable transport services for the community.
What You’ll Be Doing:â¯
- Be the main point of contact for drivers for all non-dispatch matters, providing support and guidance.
- Support the Depot Manager with day-to-day depot operations.
- Build and maintain master rosters and weekly driver rosters, including leave management.
- Assist with incident management, including complaints, accidents, lost property and occurrence reports.
- Manage administrative tasks such as employee files, timesheets, payroll support and phone enquiries.
- Handling phone calls and two-way enquiries.
- Assist during major incidents and cover trips when required to ensure services are maintained.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Sound computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
- Local knowledge of the Coffs Harbour area.
- Australian work rights, along with a current Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check.
