What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct end to end recruitment activities across allocated administration & asset-based roles within the business
- Source and attract candidates using databases, fairs and expos, print and online media platforms
- Coordinate booking of appointments for candidates such as interviews and medicals as required
- Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touch point of the candidate journey
- Continually review and develop new recruitment strategies to fill vacancies as quickly as possible
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directed
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, extensive relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skill
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia
