Achieve resolutions within Busways national policies and procedures framework, promoting in depth and effective staff management practices.What You’ll Bring:Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a purchasing or accounting role, Certificate in IV in Procurement or Contracting, extensive relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/trainingExperience negotiating high value contracts across parts, fuel, cleaning and outsourced maintenanceAbility to develop and manage sourcing strategies for major spend categories and experience consolidating suppliers and leveraging and identifying savings opportunitiesStrong capability in spend analysis, cost modelling and identifying savings opportunitiesExperience establishing supplier KPIs, performance reviews and governance frameworks with the ability to manage underperformance and commercial disputes constructivelyExperience working in asset heavy or fleet-based environments, with an understanding of maintenance operations and critical parts supplyProven ability to work with operations, workshops, finance and senior leaders, with strong communication and influencing skillsExperience managing and developing a small procurement or purchasing teamMust be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia.What We Offer You:At Busways, we don’t just transport people – we care about every part of the journey.   • Experience managing and developing a small procurement or purchasing team
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia.
