We’re looking for a proactive and creative Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of training and development programs across the organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to work across learning systems, e-Learning content, training coordination and apprenticeship support while contributing to engaging learning experiences.What You’ll Be Doing:In this varied role, you'll:Coordinate training sessions and programs, including scheduling, bookings, maintaining the training calendar and managing communications and reminders for compliance training.Create and maintain engaging e-Learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, as well as develop training manuals, guides and supporting resources using Canva.Upload, create and organise learning content across the LMS and learning SharePoint, including assigning learning plans and managing user access.Maintain accurate training and certification records, track attendance and completion, and provide basic LMS troubleshooting support to employees.Respond to training requests, process training-related invoices and expenses, and produce basic reports on participation and completion.Collect and consolidate participant feedback, support evaluation of training effectiveness, assist the L&D Manager with learning initiatives and liaise with external training providers.What You’ll Bring:A base-level understanding of e-learning design, adult learning theories and digital learning tools, with exposure to platforms such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline or Canva.Experience or knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and an understanding of how learning and training is managed through digital systems.Experience using Microsoft Office, with an ability to learn and work with workflows and Power Automate.Strong stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional approach when working with internal and external stakeholders.A proactive, autonomous and organised approach, with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to think creatively and outside the box.Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have valid, unrestricted working rights.What We Offer You:At Busways, we don’t just transport people - we care about every part of the journey.
