
Customer Feedback & Investigations Officer

We’re looking for a motivated professional who can provide outstanding support, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued. Your investigations have the chance to make a key difference in the community and better someone’s day!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver excellent customer service by phone and email
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with care and professionalism
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our systems
- Ensure timely, high-quality responses that meet Busways’ commitments
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Someone who is calm under pressure, positive, patient, and has a professional approach to customer interactions
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Confident computer skills with MS Office and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 8am â 5pm on weekdays
- Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- Full Australian working rights
