We’re looking for a Communications & Engagement Officer to bring campaigns and community initiatives to life!
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work across communications campaigns and community engagement programs that reach thousands of people every day.
You will:
- Deliver communications and engagement campaigns, including service updates and passenger education
- Coordinate community outreach programs such as school education and travel training initiatives
- Build strong relationships with schools, councils and community partners
- Manage sponsorships and community initiatives
- Create clear, engaging content across digital and print channels
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent tertiary qualifications
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience or interest in AI, digital content, social media or campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- The ability to communicate with and work effectively with people of all levels
- A can-do attitude and a genuine interest in community-focused work
- Must be an Australian citizen or have full working rights in Australia
