About the OpportunityWe are currently looking for self-motivated individuals to join our growing Maintenance team as a Trade Assistant within our Ryde and Willoughby depots. The role will be on a full time basis and will support the team on a daily basis.This is an exciting opportunity to join our Maintenance team within a growing company and a supportive, friendly team environment. Your main duties will include:Perform minor repairs and service of vehicles and equipment, in a timely manner, within your skill level and experience under the supervision of a qualified tradesperson.Perform a range of tasks on a daily basis to assist the Workshop team.Pick-up and deliver parts and other objects as required by the Workshop Leading Hand or Supervisor.Other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Workshops Leading Hand.Perform any other work as directed.The successful applicant will possessTo be considered for this role, you will need to possess:A strong focus on safety in the workplaceA positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude with a drive to exceed.A current NSW drivers licence (MR class or higher preferred)Our workshop staff play a critical role within the business to ensure our ever-evolving fleet of vehicles are continually maintained to the highest standard to keep our staff and passengers safe out on the road.This role will provide ongoing training and support to employees based on their level of experience to enable you to meet our standards. The Role
