You will be given in the opportunity to grow, develop and to take on more responsibility.You will be working in a fast paced and energetic environment that will encourage you to be a conceptual and creative thinker within the team.Role ResponsibilitiesThis role will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for supporting day to the day operations of the depot in conjunction with the Operations Manager. The main duties of the role include but are not limited to:Be the main point of contact for all non-dispatch issues within the depotAssist in the day to day management of service delivery functions within the depotEnsure licence compliance in Hive and follow up with staff as requiredEnsure driver leave levels are adhered toInvestigate and assist the Customer Service team to properly manage occurrence reports, inspector reports, accidents and customer feedback, student misbehaviour, CCTV download and viewingAssist the Manager and Operations Manager in responding to Major IncidentsAssist with Charters and Special events within the depot as requiredConduct drug & alcohol testing within the depot as requiredDevelop positive and collaborative relationships with the assets team within the depotThe successful applicant will possessDemonstrated Operations knowledge including service delivery, rostering, incident management, performance management, employee relations, complaint handling, work, health and safety, inclusion and diversity.Leadership capability, experience and demonstrated capacity to coach othersOutstanding communication, interpersonal and problem solving skillsDemonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.A keen eye for detail, meticulous with paperwork and the ability to maintain focus under pressureKnowledge and experience of Busways Operations working environment and its intricacies and a sound ability to communicate and engage with employees at all levelsWillingness to adapt in a changing environmentCurrent Drivers Licence (HR class preferred)Apply nowIf you believe this is the perfect role for you, please apply by submitting a resume and a cover letter that specifically addresses your skills and experience in relation to the role, duties and required skill-set.
