On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of internal recruitment processes and ensuring that vacancies are filled within a timely manner.Working closely with the Driver Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will include but is not limited the following:End-to-end recruitment across bus driver positions primarily, with potential to sometimes assist in the Workshops & Administration recruitment processMaintaining the accuracy of all recruitment-based data via the recruitment software (My Recruitment Plus)Processing and assessing applications based on the stipulated criteriaLiaising with applicants based on the progress and status of their applicationsFollowing up and liaising with all hiring managers to ensure that they are well informed of the staffing requirements for their respective regions, depots and/or departmentsDrafting and editing of all advertisements that are published on both internal and external websitesAssisting the team in any area as required and performing any associated tasksDesirable Criteria:1-3 years' of hands on Recruitment experienceIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & OutlookA strong work ethic and a results-oriented attitudeStrong verbal communication skills that will allow you to build professional relationships across a diverse workforceExceptional written communication skillsVery strong attention to detail skills to ensure that all documentation being issued and created is accurate in its representationA demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise your workload and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlinesMust be an Australian Permanent Resident or CitizenGreat working environmentJoin a fun, friendly tight knit team in a supportive work environment where you receive continuous support and help, with ongoing career progression opportunities and enjoy the benefits of a flexible work/life balance.Our team is responsible for leading Busways’ operational functions by providing adequate staffing levels to our depots that are the core of our business.
