You will lead our important community education and outreach programs and help execute our national marketing strategy. Your role will be to support (and sometimes take the lead) on a range of marketing, communications, education and engagement programs and campaigns to grow patronage and improve customer experience.You are friendly with a very positive attitude, have a love of writing for print and digital channels, have creative flare with great attention to detail and strong coordination and negotiation skills. You know how to prioritise work and have willingness to learn.  You willingly complete marketing administrative tasks and roll up your sleeves to help others.About the TeamYou will be joining a busy marketing team that works hard but has fun while doing it. This is a varied, challenging and rewarding role where you can contribute your ideas and see projects come to life, working with a high performing team.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage, coordinate and improve our community education programsConsulting with stakeholders with confidence and maturityDevelop and implement marketing campaignsResearch to support marketing activitiesWrite and create print and digital marketing materialMaintain and update web contentKeep the customer at the forefront of everything you doWork closely with our inhouse visual communications team on video and designAssist in planning and running eventsMaintain up-to-date, correct, and accurate program and contact recordsQuality proofreading of marketing collateralSupport the marketing teamThe role will vary with a range of duties and tasks, and we are looking for someone who is super organised and can bring fresh ideas.
