About the OpportunityWe currently have a full-time vacancy for a motivated IT Support Officer - Level 1/2 located at our National Support Office in Pymble. The main responsibilities associated with this role will include but is not limited to the following:Providing technical support to our end users. The Role

The successful applicant will possess

  • Must be a tech hungry individual with a passion for using technology
  • A sound level of hands on IT support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid NSW drivers licence
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time with a proven ability to effectively prioritise your workload
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable in their approach to the working hours required per week where overtime may be required
  • Proactive and possesses strong attention to detail skills
  • Confident in working autonomously or within a team environment
  • Capable of displaying a mature and professional approach with internal staff and external parties
