This position is a casual role with approximately 30 hours of work a week provided to the successful applicant.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals that are looking for a career in heavy vehicle driving.Your main duties and responsibilities will include:Driving allocated vehicles along specified routes as directed, ensuring the care, safety and comfort of Busways customersWorking shifts and rosters as directedMaintaining strong customer service skills across all interactions with the publicThe successful candidates will have:Good communication skillsPassion for customer service and dealing with peopleGood RMS driving historyAbility and confidence to work autonomouslyMinimum HR class drivers licenceDesirable Criteria:A current Driver Authority (DA) (If you do not hold a DA, Busways may assist potential applicants in obtaining one)A Working with Children Check clearance (or willing to obtain)Busways can provide ongoing training and support to successful candidates to assist in meeting operational standards.
